Typically one of these crowns is created and placed in a single afternoon.

Typical crowns can take as long as 2 weeks to be created and fitted. With CEREC you can walk into a dentist’s office and walk out with your new crown the very same day.
The dentist will use computer-aided design to capture digital images of your tooth and jaw, design the crown, and then create that crown for installation — all while you relax at the office. At Smyl Dentistry we encourage our patients to enjoy Netflix, catch up on work or even take a walk while your crown is being created.
